Return Authorization

You must obtain a return authorization before sending materials, returns without authorization may be refused.

Returns

Returns of most items may be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days all sales are final.
Once you have obtained a return authorization your return must be delivered to us within 14 days. Only items in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and UPC codes will be accepted.

You are responsible for return shipping. Items being returned should be shipped with insurance using a shipping method that has tracking.
Items that had free or reduced shipping, including flat rate shipping, may have a restocking fee of up to 10% applied to reimburse us for our outbound shipping costs. This restocking fee may also be assessed on items returned to us because the shipping address you gave was incorrect or because delivery was refused.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may not be returned or exchanged for cash.

Refunds

Refunds will only be made after materials have been tested and found to be in their original condition.
